Technical Services Support & Training
At Fulcrum Africa we are proud of our reputation for the quality of technical service we provide. The technical support team is broken into two departments to ensure the best-possible response to customer queries and demands, whether instrument or reagent based.
The Reagent Technical Support team offers support both by telephone and by field visits to assist with all aspects of reagent usage. This team works closely with the companies represented by Fulcrum.
The Instrumentation Technical Support team offers the same level of support on all instruments. This includes staff training either on our premises or in your own laboratory, software upgrades, telephone trouble-shooting, and of course engineering support for service and maintenance.
At Fulcrum Africa we pride ourselves on our customer care program. All our products are sold with a one year warranty on labor and parts. We understand that whenever repairs are necessary speed is critical and our aim is to minimize any inconvenience.
